We’re launching two-way task sync for both Outlook To-Dos and Google Tasks, which are linked to the top two email clients out there! Are you jumping for joy right now!?

Here are some brief notes on installation:

Once the Outlook Plugin is installed, go to your Outlook Tasks. To the right of the Producteev tab, select settings. Enter your Producteev credentials and log in. All New Awesomeness: Recurring Tasks

We are happy to report recurring tasks is now available from your task list. 

Access it from the SCHEDULE pop up.
  1. Begin by typing something into the field marked Repeat this task every. For instance, typing “m” shows all the possibilities beginning with that letter.
  2. After selecting your recur criteria, press enter. The text will turn green.
  3. Save, just to the right or using the blue button at the bottom. 

Any tasks set to recur will have a circular arrow near their deadline.  The feature is available in Calendar view and if you sync with Gcal, repeat will also … Lire la suite
