Les malls américains proposeront des Uber lounges

Première étape pour faire revenir les clients dans le smalls américains: leur faciliter l’accès aux centres commerciaux.

Westfield gérer plusieurs malls américains et vient de signer un partenariat avec Uber afin de proposer des lounges d’attente pour les clients du mall qui souhaitent rentrer (avec leurs achats) avec Uber.

Le premier lounge ouvrira ses portes à Los Angeles.

Plus l’accès et le transport des clients sont simples et pratiques et plus les clients auront de temps à passer en magasin. 33 malls auront sous peu des espaces Uber pour la descente ou la montée des clients.

Bitcoin price drops following report that China is going to shut down local exchanges

Les librairies américaines: le déclin annoncé

Bien qu’Amazon ouvre de plus en plus de librairies, le déclin de cette industrie reste important aux Etats-Unis.

L’une des raisons est bien sur la facilité de trouver et acheter des livres en ligne. Mais il faut aussi se poser quelques questions sur l’économie de ces librairies: des espaces de locations énormes qui ne sont pas rentabilisés.
