]]> La Croix Rouge vient de nous donner une belle leçon de rattrapage de gaffe. Beaucoup de personnes utilisent Seesmic ou Tweetdeck pour gérer plusieurs comptes Twitter en même temps: un pro et un personnel.
Et parfois on fait des erreurs: exemple ce tweet sur le compte de la Croix Rouge US.

Dogfish est une marque d’alcool pour votre information personnelle et cela donne donc une mauvaise image à la Croix Rouge ce type de Tweet par erreur.
Heureusement, un petit malin au sein de l’organisation a décidé de jouer sur cette erreur afin de redorer le blason de la Croix Rouge. Tout d’abord un Tweet d’excuse, expliquant que l’organisation est sobre et que les clés de la maison Twitter ont été confisquées….pour l’instant c’est normal.
Mais ensuite la Croix Rouge a aussi produit un tweet qui disait en substance: puisque ce tweet par erreur a mentionné une marque (Dogfish) à nos 270000 followers, ce serait  bien  que cette marque fasse une donation à la Croix Rouge….et ca a marché, la marque d’alcool fait même la promotion d’un site co-brandé pour faire des donations.

Ils sont forts ces ricains!!!
