Rien ne fonctionne chez Time Warner

Qu’est ce qui est horrible quand on vit à New York: Internet.
Etre client de Time Warner depuis plus de 4 ans (au début par obligation, c’était le seul fournisseur de mon building comme c’est souvent le cas à Manhattan) est un calvaire.
Des prix plus qu’élevés, un service loin de la moyenne et des coupures fréquentes.
Si vous vous plaignez en France, sachez que ma facture s’élève à 135$ par mois pour la télévision et Internet seulement. Et depuis 10 jours, je subis des coupures tous les jours.

Internet à Manhattan c’est le tiers monde avec Time Warner Cable.
